Orders

What is the typical lead time from order to delivery?
Most popular SKUs ship within 3–7 days from our New Delhi warehouse. Ultra-class items (50MT, 36SI 24 V) typically ship within 10–14 days. Each product page shows the current stock position and an estimated lead time in days.
Can I see live stock levels?
Yes. Every product detail page shows real-time stock position and the estimated days to delivery. If a product shows as out-of-stock, we can still quote — we will include the expected replenishment date in the quotation.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to 48 countries, predominantly across Asia, Africa, and the Middle East. International orders are quoted ex-works New Delhi; we can arrange CIF or DAP terms on request.

Pricing

Are bulk discounts available?
Yes. Discounts of up to 30 % are available on bulk fleet orders for 50MT, 42MT, 36SI and 33SI series. Quote your fleet size and annual requirement in the Requirements form to receive a negotiated price.

Products

Are these genuine Delco Remy parts?
Yes. New Indo Trading Company is the authorized Delco Remy distributor in India since 1999. All parts are genuine Delco Remy, manufactured in Mexico, Hungary, Korea and other approved factories, and carry the full Remy global warranty.
How do I find the right starter or alternator for my equipment?
Use the /compatibility page to look up by equipment make and model. You can also send us your equipment model and engine details via the Requirements form or Service Desk and our engineers will confirm the correct Delco Remy part number.
What is the difference between brushless and brush-type alternators?
Brushless alternators (36SI, 28SI) have no wear parts in the excitation circuit and are ideal for high-dust / high-vibration environments and long-service-interval fleets. Brush-type alternators (24SI, 26SI, 33SI) are lighter and lower-cost, and brushes are easily serviced at scheduled intervals.

Can you provide installation guidance?
Yes. Our engineers can provide installation drawings, torque specs, and wiring diagrams. Use the Service Desk ? “Technical” category for pre-sales or post-sales installation questions.

Warranty

What warranty is offered on your products?
All genuine Delco Remy products carry Remy International’s Global Warranty Policy against manufacturing defects. Warranty terms are 12 months from the date of installation or 24 months from the date of sale, whichever comes first.
How do I make a warranty claim?
Open a ticket on our Service Desk with the order reference number, a description of the issue, and photos of the affected part. Our team will coordinate with Remy International and respond within 3 working days.
